CrossFit is a fitness program that is made up of “constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity”

It incorporates weightlifting, gymnastics, running and much more, using a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, pull up bars, rowers, bikes, etc.
Classes are coach led and each workout in scalable to suit the fitness level and ability of each individual taking part. CrossFit is for EVERYONE.

Typically our members come between 3-5 times per week. We find that coming consistently 3 times or more per week allows for better results. That being said for those that play sport or other commitments we do have a 2 x week membership. However our coaching team will be sure to guide you in the right direction.
