Getting started at Equip CrossFit is super easy...
Whether you are young or old, an experienced athlete or new to fitness, we recommend for everyone to come down for a free trial to get a proper taste for what we are about before committing to anything.
What happens after I attend the free trial?
Once you have attended your free trial session, one of our coaches will take you through the next steps and recommend the best option for you based on your abilitiy. If your free session with us was the first CrossFit class you have done then we will get you booked onto one of our Bootcamps. If you are an experienced athlete and want to get into classes straight away then we will go through the membership options available.
BOOTCAMP CLASSES
Bootcamp is a 6-week course, running 3 times per week. This is a group, coach led class. Over the course of the 6 weeks, you will learn the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit. You will also get to complete some of the typical CrossFit workouts, learn how to scale these workouts appropriately, improve your fitness and make some new friends along the way. Bootcamp sets you up perfectly to start regular classes upon completion.
FAST TRACK BOOTCAMP
Beginners fast track incorporates 3 x 1-2-1 sessions with one of our coaches. In the 1-2-1 sessions we will teach you the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit. Along with this we teach you about scaling workouts appropriately and you’ll get top try some typical CrossFit workouts. Upon completing of the 1-2-1 sessions, you’ll be able to access a 5 class pass to use in any of our class before signing up to regular membership.
